Middle October

Finally we have tobasco chilli seedlings just breaking through the soil, we have peas and a couple of rudimentary tomatoes! There are also robust seedlings of a new crop of beetroots, an abundance of rocket and we have been using some of the leeks and onions already. They make a lovely risotto.
It's all go!

I can't resist the stuggle of the peas up their strings

the snowball tree is starting to ball up nicely

and the forest pansy is all fresh and sparkly
