They tasted OK, and we lived to tell the tale, a bit underwhelming though, other than the look.

Plucked out some of the red onions and have left them out to dry the skins for a for a day or two, there are still quite a few smaller ones for later.

Pretty borage flowers, they seem to show pink and then go to blue
